Anti-insect finishes must combine <strong>effectiveness<\/strong> and <strong>durability<\/strong>. The <strong>STARBITE\u00ae<\/strong> label, driven by <strong>GP REPEL A-AMO<\/strong>, as an insect-repellent product, is designed to provide functional protection and comfort in a single finish\u2014optimizing the persistence of the effect under environmental conditions while keeping the active principle protected.<\/p>\n<p>The solution is designed to act against insects such as: <strong>mosquitoes<\/strong>, <strong>bed bugs<\/strong>, <strong>ticks<\/strong>, <strong>mites<\/strong>, <strong>lice<\/strong>, <strong>wasps<\/strong> and <strong>bees<\/strong>. In terms of performance, it is indicated as providing <strong>high durability<\/strong>, with an active functional effect up to <strong>80 industrial washes<\/strong>, along with results that ensure a (95% &gt; 99%) persistence in bite prevention. From an application standpoint, it is a finish intended to scale to production while maintaining functional value.<\/p>\n<p>GP REPEL A-MO is applied in industrial processes using <strong>foulard<\/strong> or <strong>spray<\/strong>. For foulard application, it is worked at <strong>50-60 g\/l<\/strong>, with an impregnation of <strong>80%<\/strong> and a <strong>curing time of 3-5 minutes<\/strong> at <strong>150-120 \u00baC<\/strong>. For spray techniques, <strong>50-60 g\/l<\/strong> is maintained, with the same polymerization interval (3-5 minutes at 150-120 \u00baC).<\/p>\n<p>To enhance the persistence of the effect, it is suggested to apply <strong>GP REPEL A-MO<\/strong> together with <strong>GP CATALYST A-MO<\/strong> at a concentration of <strong>20-40 g\/l<\/strong>.
